Powerful PowerPoint® Presentations (New)

The basics of creating a custom,  dynamic PowerPoint presentation for traditional overhead use.

Electronic PowerPoint Presentations (New)

Create dynamic presentations for use from a computer and LCD. Topics include animation, slide shows, etc. User should be familiar with creating regular PowerPoint presentations.

Handling Graphics & Objects in MS Word

Pesky little graphics have a mind of their own, jumping all over the document? Want interesting presentations? Make your documents ‘pop.’ Learn to use all those graphics features in MS Word. Through lab instruction, students will learn to use graphics, insert and alter, move, use lines, borders, fills, and more.

Mail Merge: Getting Started 

While we can't guarantee your contacts will make you money, we can give you an edge in trying. In-depth lab course on using Microsoft Mail Merge in your business. Learn to create a database, create form letters, print merged documents and more. Put all those business cards you collected to good use. A must for the small business owner.

Half day course.

Managing Your Business With MS Outlook

Learn to use MS Outlook as a valuable marketing tool in your business. Discover the contacts management capabilities, form letters, scheduling, customizing, and using Outlook in your daily workday. 

Module 1 covers off-line functions such as Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, etc.

Module 2 covers on-line topics including Mail Merge.

QuickBooks®

Mid-level introductory course taking the student through the tasks necessary to run their business. Hands-on experience creating company files, managing lists, invoicing, A/P, A/R, customizing, trouble-shooting, reporting, and more. (Application: Intuit QuickBooks)

Full day course. Attendees must have keyboarding skills and be able to work in the Windows environment.

Using Microsoft Excel As Your Database

Learn to use the power of Excel for your database. Hands-on lab class leads student through database planning, creation and utilization. 

Half day course.

Any class above may be scheduled for exclusive enrollment by corporations. Custom training programs also available. Contact IKA for details and rates.
